    U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Gabriel E. Herrera, a drill instructor from 2nd Battalion at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, instructs a Marine Corps Recruiting Substation North Phoenix enlistee to raise his voice during a physical training exercise at the Metrocenter Mall in Phoenix, March 3, 2016.
