Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Strategic Studies Fellows Project to 120 Fellows attending the Comprehensive Crisis Management course (CCM 16-1) at the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies. Zaw San used his Fellows Project to enhance Myanmar's security plan for the nation's 2016 federal elections. His changes helped ensure millions of voters safely cast their ballots in the nation's first free elections at the national level in five decades.
