    The watchful eyes of the orange-vested safety observer help keep Soldiers safe as they participate in the District of Columbia National Guard State Marksmanship competition, Feb. 26-28 at Fort A.P. Hill, Va. Soldiers competed for an opportunity to represent the District of Columbia National Guard in marksmanship competitions to include the 45th Annual Winston P. Wilson Marksmanship Competition later this year in Arkansas.
