A group of armed tactical personnel, appearing to be U.S. Coast Guard or military law enforcement operators, are conducting a vessel boarding operation on what appears to be a ship's exterior stairwell or ladder. The personnel are wearing blue uniforms, black helmets, tactical vests, and are carrying firearms in a coordinated stack formation. This appears to be either a live maritime law enforcement operation or a training exercise.

A force protection team from Coast Guard MSST 91107, board the USS Tarawa, an inactive amphibious assault ship, located in Pearl Harbor at the Naval Sea Systems Command, during a joint exercise to assess intelligence, identify and neutralize a potential radiological threat aboard the vessel Jan. 14, 2016. The exercise allowed all parties to train jointly, exercise plans and compare communications and emergency medical procedures. (U.S. Coast Guard photos by Chief Petty Officer Sara Mooers/Released)
