Col. Toni A. Glover, 650th Regional Support Group commander, and Brig. Gen. David E. Elwell, 311th Expeditionary Sustainment Command commanding general, traveled to Las Vegas to preside over the 650th RSG Yearly Training Brief Readiness Workshop 2016 at the George W. Dunaway Army Reserve Center in Sloan, Nev. Feb. 27. This annual briefing allows battalion and company commanders to discuss training concepts, philosophies and challenges with the higher level commanders, respectively.
