PHILIPPINE SEA (Feb. 26, 2016) Operations Specialist Seaman Apprentice Derek Wiltz, from Dededo, Guam, stands aft lookout aboard the guided-missile cruiser USS Mobile Bay (CG 53) while receiving a blend of advanced biofuel during a replenishment-at-sea with the fast combat support ship USS Rainier (T-AOE 7). Providing a ready force supporting security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific, Mobile Bay is operating as part of the John C.
