Tech. Sgt. Ryan Wheatley, non-commissioned officer in charge of Mobile Aeromedical Staging Facility out of MacDill Air Force Base, Fla., unfolds one of two tents that comprise the staging facility Jan. 21 at Port-au-Prince, Haiti. The 13 member, self-sustaining, team can set up and be ready to operate in about two-and-a-half hours after arrivial at a location. The team consists of nurses, medical technitions, and support staff.
