Maj. Royce Baker, chief of fires, 4th Infantry Division Mission Command Element, meets Col. Catalin Ticulescu, Romanian NATO Force Integration Unit commander, for the first time during Multinational Division- South East Command staff exchange. “From the very beginning, last year in June, it was clear we could use the experience in RSOM [reception, staging and onward movement] of the units that have it,” said Ticulescu.
