EASTERN COAST OKINAWA (Feb. 21, 2016) – Marines assigned to 3rd Force Reconnaissance, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) and Sailors, assigned to amphibious dock landing ship USS Germantown (LSD 42), conduct small boat operations aboard a rigid hull inflatable boat (RHIB). Germantown is assigned to the Bonhomme Richard Amphibious Ready Group (BHRARG) and is participating in a certification exercise (CERTEX) with the embarked 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU).
