Using a 6,000 gallon water distributer, Spc. Trenton Cotner of Rensselaer, Ind., with 317th Engineer Company, and Pfc. Ryan Parsley of Camargo, Ill., spread water on the landing zone at Joint Security Station Doura. By moistening the soil, the two Soldiers were able to control dust blown across the LZ on a windy and dusty Jan 4, enabling Cpl.
