Wheelchair racer, Kelley Ellmlinger, races across the finish line during the Alamo Run Fest in San Antonio, Feb. 21, 2016. Athletes had the opportunity to participate in a 5K, 10K, or a half-marathon. Ellmlinger is an active duty Soldier who lost her leg due to a cancerous tumor.
