As part of the celebration of George Washington's birthday, the Washington Army and Air National Guard, in conjunction with I Corps and Joint Base Lewis-McChord, participated in the Massing of the Colors Ceremony at Stadium High School in Tacoma, Wash., Sunday, Feb. 21, 2016.
