Oregon Army National Guard Sgt. Michael Bayliss, a mechanic with Bravo Company, 141st Brigade Support Battalion, explains the next step involved in the engine removal process at the Sustainment Training Center (STC) at Camp Dodge, in Johnston, Iowa, Feb. 4, 2016. Bayliss is also developing his skills as a leader while working beside other mechanics and the STC instructors. The 141st BSB is using their two-week annual training time to develop leadership skills along with their individual military occupation specialties in a hands-on, school-based environment that allows their learning and growth.
