    Ensuring the crane is operated safely, Sgt. Zachary Caudill of Willard, Ohio, 1192nd Engineer Company, supervises Warrant Officer Wisam Abas, 11th Iraqi Army Field Engineer Regiment, as he moves a T-wall at Joint Security Station Constitution using the 30-ton crane.
