Spc. Jason Jordan, of La Pine, Ore., native, a generator mechanic with force protection Bravo Troop 1/82 CAV with the 41st Infantry Brigade Combat Team, puts zip ties on Hesco barriers at an entry control point at Victory Base Complex on Jan. 9. The barriers are being added to build support for the observation point. The Soldiers also set blast walls around the entry point into VBC restricting access of vehicles and allowing only foot traffic.
