    Gail Graham, the acting director of the El Paso Department of Veterans Affairs Health Care System, and Scott Stevens, commander of Jewish War Veterans Maurice Kubby Post #749, visit with veteran patients at William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Feb. 11.
