A white passenger ferry or tour boat with the hull number '39-3' is docked at a marina in calm turquoise waters. The vessel features an open upper deck with a canopy, an enclosed wheelhouse, and two life rings mounted on the exterior. The setting appears to be a warm-weather coastal marina with clear skies.
