Cory Mulhern, a liaison officer for the 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), talks about what a unique opportunity it is for him to not only serve with the 101st as a Wisconsin National guardsman, but to be promoted by the division after his promotion ceremony held in the division headquarters, Fort Campbell, Ky., Feb. 11, 2016.
