Army Reserve Soldier Pvt. Melissa Stamey, C Company, 1st Battalion, 61st Infantry Regiment, mans the M249 light machine gun after rebuilding her firing position when the wall of sandbags collapsed around her during the Victory Forge field training exercise at Fort Jackson, S.C., Feb. 10, 2016. Victory Forge is the culminating event just before graduation for Soldiers at Fort Jackson in Basic Combat Training.
