Joseph Aucoin, commander of U.S. 7th Fleet, interacts with Sailors from Misawa Air Base next to a surface warfare pin snow sculpture that the Sailors created for the 67th Annual Sapporo Snow Festival. The pin was carved in honor of the prestigious warfare program and the stellar Sailors who have attained the qualification.
