160203-N-ZZ999-004 CEBU, Philippines (Feb. 3, 2016) Steel Worker 2nd Class Nicholas Land of New Orleans, La., briefs the Level Three Gantt chart to the Armed Forces of the Philippines Central Command, Civil Military Officer Lt. Col. Medel Aguilar during a project site visit to a new two classroom school building at Cantipay Elementary School. The project is a joint effort between the Seabees and the Armed forces of the Philippines. Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3 Construction Civic Action Detail (CCAD)’s mission is to execute engineering civic assistance projects, conduct skills exchanges with the host nation, and perform community relations events to help enhance shared capabilities and maintain relationships.
