Capt. Kristopher Williams, exercise director, orchestrates the exercise simulation during Arabian Gulf Shield, Feb. 3, 2016, in the Combined Air Operations Center, Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. Arabian Gulf Shield is the culminating exercise for the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Liaison Officer (LNO) Program.
