Spc. Ryan Hedburg of Lockport, Ill., 317th Engineer Company, 101st Engineer Battalion, installs a piece of trim to the countertop in the lobby of the Joint Expeditionary Forensics Facility, here, on Victory Base Complex, Jan. 7. Soldiers from the 101st Eng. Bn. worked in the facility to add finishing touches before the building can open in mid-February. The forensics facility will be used to process DNA, ballistic evidence, and latent prints.
