    I Marine Expeditionary Force

Sadac, a corpsman for 2nd Combat Engineer Battalion, works late in to the night with 2nd CEB Marines placing concertina wire around a newly constructed observation post on route Cowboys, Helmand province, Afghanistan, Jan. 6. During operations on route Cowboys, 2nd CEB constructed three observation posts.
