(Feb. 3, 2016) – Master Chief Religious Program Specialist Leo Angelus, Pacific Fleet chaplain senior enlisted adviser, and Religious Program Specialist 3rd Class Anton Arganoza, from Navy Region Northwest Chaplains Religious Enrichment Development Operation, cut a cake during the 37th birthday celebration of the religious program specialist (RP) rate.
