160202-N-OK605-034 SAPPORO, Japan (Feb. 2, 2016) A Japanese national stands next a 10 feet by 10 feet three-dimensional surface warfare pin snow sculpture created by Sailors from Misawa Air Base for the 67th Annual Sapporo Snow Festival. The pin is being carved in honor of the prestigious warfare program and the stellar Sailors who have attained the qualification.
