Senior Airman Kenneth Padgett, 379th Expeditionary Force Support Squadron contracting officer representative, makes his rounds in the Blatchford-Preston Complex dining facility, at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. After dining facility staff pick up items from the rations warehouse, COR staff for each facility check the items throughout the day to ensure they are kept at the correct temperature in the storage units and refrigerators.
