    I Marine Expeditionary Force

    Marines and corpsmen from 3rd Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment unload a wounded Marine from an amphibious assault vehicle for an air medical evacuation at Observation Post Falcons, June 12. The battalion recently moved its area of operation to the west, where the insurgency is more organized and aggressive than the Marines have seen in the past five months.
