    Marine Officer Candidates with Delta Company, Officer Candidate Class-221, receive their initial uniform issue aboard Marine Corps Base Quantico, Va., on Jan. 21, 2016. The candidates were fitted for their uniforms with the help of Marine Corps and civilian staff.
