    A C-17A Globemaster III of the 436th Airlift Wing taxis to park with a snowy background at the end of a mission Jan. 25, 2016, at Dover Air Force Base, Del. The base had 22 inches of snow dumped on it by Winter Storm Jonas during the previous 48 hours, but was quickly returned to operational status to allow flight departures and recoveries to ensure cargo and passenger delivery.
