U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Chad Chapman, 97th Civil Engineer Squadron structural journeyman, secures wall anchors to the perimeter wall near base housing Jan. 19 at Altus Air Force Base, Okla. Members of the 97th Civil Engineer Squadron and the 97th Security Forces Squadron teamed up to improve base security by installing additional force protection measures along 3,200 feet of the base’s perimeter fence.
