Recruits of India Company, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, conduct crunches during a physical training event at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, Dec. 28. Recruits were given two minutes to conduct a max set of crunches before switching with their partners. Annually, more than 17,000 males recruited from the Western Recruiting Region are trained at MCRD San Diego.
