CHARLESTON, W.Va. (Jan. 14, 2016) Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) Ray Mabus announces that the Navy's newest Expeditionary Sea Base (ESB) ship, T-ESB 4, will be named USNS Hershel Woody Williams during a ship naming ceremony. Hershel "Woody" Williams, the ship's namesake, received the Medal of Honor for his actions in the Battle of Iwo Jima.
