Rosario is one of the U.S. Army Soldier Mentors on hand in San Antonio, for the 2016 U.S. Army All-American Bowl. More than 90 top high school athletes and 125 top high school marching band musicians and color guard will participate in the game Saturday, Jan. 9, at the Alamodome in San Antonio.
