Army Staff Sgt. Philip I. Parker, a Laurel, Md., native serving as a signals intelligence analyst for I Corps, gives a wrapped present filled with snacks and candy to a child from Holy Family Home in Osaka, Japan, Dec. 2, 2015. Parker joined his fellow service members from the U.S. Army and JGSDF Middle Army to bring good tidings and cheer to the children, volunteers and staff members of Holy Family. Organized by the senior noncommissioned officer of U.S. Army Japan and the JGSDF Middle Army, the musical performances, interactive activities and gift giving created a closer connection between the Osaka community and its Pacific allies.
