Raphael Brock, a Houston native and both assigned to Marine Corps Security Force Battalion-Bangor, collect toys off Toys 'R Us shelves for the stores annual donation to Toys for Tots Kitsap. More than 12,000 toys have been collected throughout Toys for Tots Kitsap 2015 campaign and more than 2,000 children participated in the distribution.
