JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Dec. 13, 2015) Capt. Lee Kiolbasa (right), Navy Medical Service Corps, turns over command of Operational Health Support Unit (OHSU) Jacksonville to Capt. Jessica Reed during a change of command ceremony at Naval Air Station Jacksonville’s Officers Club. OHSU Jacksonville’s health care professionals meet critical staffing needs as part of Naval Hospital Jacksonville’s fully integrated staff –reserve, active duty, civilian, and contract – so that patients experience seamless coordinated care.
