    Ed Freyer, an assistant to the 3rd Heavy Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division's rule of law expert, shares his knowledge of forensics with 30 judges, prosecutors and investigators from Babil province at Forward Operating Base Kalsu, Dec. 12. During their visit, the officials were able to visit the FOB Kalsu forensics lab.
