    U.S. Special Operations Command Pacific

    Air Force Tech. Sgt. Sally Russo, an operating room technician assigned to Joint Special Operations Task Force-Philippines, helps sort prescriptions with a member of the Integrated Provincial Health Office at a Medical Civic Action Project. The MEDCAP was made possible due to the collaborative efforts of the Armed Forces of the Philippines and the U.S. forces stationed in Jolo. Throughout the day, more than 200 patients received free check ups, prescriptions, toiletries, and ten residents received tooth extractions.
