A welder with the Rapid Development Integration Facility grinds down some metal while working on a project inside their 20,000 square-foot manufacturing and modification facility at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, Dec. 2, 2015. Since their start the RDIF has has been able to successfully return more than $20 million to the customers who could then use that money on additional projects.
