Capt. Fredrick Santillan, 332nd Expeditionary Medical Group registered nurse, teaches airway techniques to Iraqi nurses and nursing students Dec. 9, as part of the Iraqi Nursing Partnership Program held monthly at the Air Force Theater Hospital. The students begin each class with a lecture covering the day's primary topic and then complete a hands on portion, when they put those teachings into practice.
