A large military turboprop aircraft, consistent with a C-130 Hercules, is undergoing de-icing operations on a snow-covered airfield ramp in what appears to be a cold, overcast Arctic or subarctic environment. A boom-lift vehicle is spraying de-icing fluid onto the aircraft's left wing and propeller area, producing large clouds of steam or vapor. Several ground support vehicles and personnel are visible around the aircraft.
