Reginald Foster of Headquarters and Headquarters Battery, 3rd Battalion, 27th Field Artillery Regiment, won the 18th Field Artillery Brigade Soldier of Quarter Board for the 1st quarter, fiscal year 2016, Dec 11. Foster is a native of Fayetteville, N.C. and graduate of Westover Highschool. The 18th Field Artillery Brigade, a High Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) brigade, provides long-range precision strike fires for the XVIII Airborne Corps.
