Lt. Col. Phillip Mann, G-2 Operations Officer, assigned to 4th Infantry Division Members Mission Command Element, leads a working group discussion about collection management on Baumholder, Germany on Dec. 8, 2015. Representatives from units both US and foreign across Europe met for discussions and idea exchanges to build a standard operating procedure for the reception, staging, onward movement and integration process that transitions personnel and equipment arriving into the European theater supporting Atlantic Resolve.
