Five representatives of the American Women’s Welfare Association receive gifts from the community of Yomitan Quegoen, an institution that houses mentally and physically impaired adults Dec. 2 in Yomitan Village, Okinawa, Japan. They received the gifts for donating a wheelchair accessible van to facility. The van cost 2 million yen.
