151201-N-ZZ999-002 PEARL HARBOR (Dec. 01, 2015) - Builder 2nd Class Joe Hophan, assigned to Underwater Construction Team (UCT) 2, attaches a pumping hose adaptor to concrete formwork. UCT 2 Construction’s Dive Detachment Charlie (CDDC) is conducting pier repair on Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam to help prolong Third Fleet assets. CDDC is on the fourth stop of their deployment, where they are conducting inspection, maintenance and repair of various underwater and waterfront facilities in support of the Pacific Fleet.
