Service members from the Japan Self Defense Force and the United States participate in the opening ceremony for Yama Sakura 69 at the Middle Army Headquarters in Camp Itami, Japan, Dec. 5, 2015. More than 5,000 Service members will participate in the annual bilateral training exercise. The two-week training event is the largest bilateral command post exercise for the two nations.
