    352nd Civil Affairs Command

Jessica Taylor, the United States Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne) noncommissioned officers sorting and loading toys donated for the 18th Annual Randy Oler Memorial Operation Toy Drop. Soldiers participating in collective training and airborne operations supervised by partner-nation jumpmasters on December 3, 2015 contributed the toys for children in need throughout the region.
