Makenzie Black, an Army Reserve Soldier assigned to the United States Army Civil Affairs & Psychological Operations Command, helps pack donated toys into bags to be distributed to children in need this holiday season Dec. 3, 2015, as part of the 18th annual Randy Oler Memorial Operation Toy Drop at Fort Bragg, N.C. Operation Toy Drop is the world's largest combined airborne operation and allows soldiers the opportunity to help children in need everywhere receive toys for the holidays.
