    A U.S. Air Force pararescueman from the 66th Expeditionary Rescue Squadron deployed to Camp Bastion, Afghanistan, hands off an injured patient to coalition forces, Dec. 8. The pararescuemen deliver injured patients within minutes of picking them up and getting them to a medical facility.
